When to Use the After-Hours Line
Our after-hours phone line is reserved exclusively for emergency situations that cannot wait until normal business hours. This service is designed to provide immediate support for urgent medication needs that may impact the health or safety of your residents.
Routine refill requests and non-urgent matters should be addressed during our normal operating hours, ensuring the after-hours line remains available for emergencies.
How the After-Hours Line Works
If you find yourself in an emergency situation after hours:
Call our after-hours line directly.
If the on-call pharmacist is unavailable to answer your call immediately, leave a detailed voicemail with the following information:
The resident’s name.
Their date of birth.
A brief explanation of the issue.
Important: If a voicemail is not left, you will not receive a callback. Please ensure your message contains all necessary details to help us address your concern as quickly as possible.
