What is Diabetes?

Diabetes is a persistent condition characterized by elevated blood sugar levels, impacting over 37 million individuals in the United States, with one in four unaware of their condition. While there's no outright cure for diabetes, prediabetes can be reversed. It's crucial to identify if you have prediabetes to prevent its progression. It's highly likely that you're acquainted with someone who has diabetes or prediabetes. Complete this brief assessment provided by the CDC and encourage your friends and family to do the same to evaluate their risk.
